Off-Plan Investments Ltd. is an independent Irish owned Investment Property Company which was established in 2003. We concentrate on mature investment markets with good growth potential, stable government and solid rental returns and to date have focussed on the UK, German, French and Swedish markets. We feel that investments are still available in certain mature economies, which show actual returns similar to those projected for emerging markets, while having the infrastructural advantages and regulatory security provided by a developed market.
